Returns
All sales are final, there are no refunds. Only exchanges are accepted within 10 days from which shipment is received. Notice must be given to service@savedsoul.com to obtain an return authorization number within 2 days for any problems or concerns with merchandise. SAVEDSOUL.COM does not guarantee the exchange for a defective item. If you believe an item is defective please give notice to service@savedsoul.com before sending back. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with packing slip when returned. Artwork is only exchanged if damaged in shipping (Please reference damaged artwork below).
Shipping
All products sold on savedsoul.com include shipping (shipping charges are included in total price). We ship all orders via Federal Express, USPS and UPS. We do not ship out on Saturdays or Sundays.
Tracking Shipment
All customers receive a shipping confirmation e-mail when their order ships, which includes the carrier tracking number, to track your shipment.
Delivery
Please allow up to 3 - 7 days for shipping delivery to arrive for shirts and jewelry, and 10 - 14 days for all artwork. If your order has not arrived within the aforementioned guidelines, please contact us at service@savedsoul.com and we will do our best to track your order. You will receive an e-mail when your order has been tracked and confirmed.
Damaged Artwork
lf artwork arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately at service@savedsoul.com as well as the shipper (UPS or Federal Express). Keep original packaging and all documents that came with the artwork. We will also contact the carrier to send an inspector, to determine if damage was caused by a result of there handling or the way it was packaged. In either case all artwork is insured, and we will exchange and re-ship the artwork in new condition.
